I hit the junkyard today and bought two wheels like this:

And one like this, hoping to trade it to someone for another '99-'02 Legacy GT wheel and then I'd buy a fourth:

I really want a matched set of those Legacy GT rims. Help me out oppo?

The Legacy sub-forum of NASIOC has a for sale section! But it's a lot of stuff to dig through. I'm in CO as well and the List of Craig didn't reveal anything local either.

I don't have any leads, but the snowflake wheels can also be found on some 03-04 Legacy L models.

I've located a source for two more legacy gt wheels. Super Rupair just outside of Boulder proper has them for $50 each
